The Citra Energi Bumi Internal Academy bridges two generations: senior experts who mentor, and young talent who execute with BIM and digital platforms. You will not just observe — you will help design, calculate, and manage permits alongside our team.
Real PBG & SLF Projects
Work directly on live projects. We have completed 1,000+ PBG & SLF projects and are trusted by corporations such as PT Vale and CLM.
Hands-On BIM Tools
Master the BIM workflow we use every day — from Revit modeling to working-drawing coordination and DED — while building a real portfolio.

Divisions & Fields
Choose the Path That Fits Your Interests
Six divisions are open to internship & KP participants. Each division is guided by a senior mentor with measurable learning targets.
Architecture
Design concepts, working drawings, and building visualization from initial idea to DED — guided directly by senior architects.
Civil / Structural Engineering
Calculation and analysis of concrete and steel structures to keep buildings strong and safe.
MEP
Designing efficient mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Quantity Surveyor (Estimator)
Accurately calculating quantities, cost budgets (RAB), and controlling project costs.
Drafter / CAD-BIM
Translating designs into 2D technical drawings and 3D BIM models using the same workflow we run on real projects.
Project Management
Scheduling, site coordination, and construction quality control.
Requirements
Who Can Apply?
- Active Student At least in semester 5 of a related study program (Civil Engineering, Architecture, MEP, etc.).
- Grade Point Average (GPA) A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale is highly recommended.
- Flexible Duration Internship/KP period of 1 to 6 months, adjustable to your campus schedule.
- Campus Introduction Letter Bring an official introduction letter from your campus or study program.
- Complete Documents An up-to-date CV, academic transcript, and KP proposal (if available).
- Commitment & Discipline Willing to follow working hours, HSE (K3) rules, and professional ethics on site.

What is the Citra Energi Bumi Internal Academy?
It is how we run our internship & KP program: you are mentored directly by senior experts with decades of experience while practicing BIM, Chat_Beb, and our digital platform on real PBG/SLF projects — not just an administrative internship.
Is this program free of charge, and is it paid?
The internship & KP program at Citra Energi Bumi is completely free of charge. In fact, selected participants may receive a stipend and transport allowance in line with company policy.
How long does the internship last?
The duration is very flexible, ranging from 1 to 6 months, depending on your campus curriculum and the type of program (Practical Work or a regular internship).
Is the program conducted online or on site?
Most activities take place on site (offline) at our office and project locations so you gain authentic field experience. Some design work can be done in a hybrid arrangement.
Which majors are eligible to apply?
We welcome students from Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (MEP), as well as study programs related to construction, project management, and building design.
Is a certificate provided at the end of the program?
Yes. Every participant who completes the program receives a completion certificate and an official reference letter that can be used for academic requirements and your portfolio.
When does registration open?
Registration is open all year round. We recommend applying 1–2 months before your intended internship period so the selection process can run smoothly.
